Mentoring matters!
Believe it or not, the sustenance of a newly chartered club depends a lot on how well the new club mentors support the club. Mentors act as advisors to the club members and to the club executive committee by sharing their experience and knowledge about the Toastmaster program thereby creating a strong and self-sustaining club.
