CGD Initiative – Club Collaboration Program

The Club Collaboration Program is an initiative from the Office of the Club Growth Director that promotes collaboration between two or more clubs. It helps club officers to learn and adopt the best practices from other clubs, thereby enhancing the meeting quality, camaraderie among members of different clubs and overall experience of members from all the clubs involved. 

Program dates: 
Last date for submitting information to the Office of Club Growth Director – September 30, 2023. 
Quarter II – From October 1,  2023 through December 31, 2023
Quarter III – From January 1,  2024 through March 31,  2024

Program regulations:
A club must select one club (or two clubs) from a same or different geography . Click here to inform the choices under the Club Collaboration program. You will receive an acknowledgement from the office of the Club Growth Director. 

Qualifying requirements:

Monthly requirement –

Each club must send at least one speaker and one evaluator (includes general evaluator) to the other club under the Club Collaboration program. This is called the “speaker” and “evaluator” exchange. This does not need to be for the same meeting of the month. 

Quarterly requirement –
Both clubs must have a special joint meeting with roles mutually decided by both the clubs provided:

  • At least one speaker, one evaluator and one TAG role from both clubs.
  • At least one innovative session in the meeting to be included – games, edutainment, group discussion, etc. (something outside of the three sessions!)
  • Mandatory PR done for all meetings – posters, flyers, videos, etc.
  • A copy of the meetings’ agenda and / or MoMs to be shared with the Office of Club Growth Director. Submit your entries here
