Gokul P. Menon – Nominated Candidate for the position of District Director
Gokul P. Menon has been associated with Toastmasters International since 2011, having been introduced to the platform by his father. He currently serves as the Program Quality Director of District 121. Over the years, he has held several other key leadership positions at the District level, including Area Director, Division Director, Administration Manager, Club Growth Director and Conference Chair. He has also contributed to Districts 92 and 121 as a Club Sponsor, Club Mentor, and Club Coach for many clubs. Additionally, he is a multiple times President’s Distinguished Club President and has served in various other club officer roles.
In recognition of his outstanding contributions to Toastmasters, Gokul was honoured with the ‘Outstanding Toastmaster of the Year’ Award for 2021–22 and 2022-23. He has actively participated in numerous Toastmasters contests at various levels, demonstrating his commitment to excellence.
Beyond Toastmasters, Gokul serves as the Regional Staffing Lead for Kerala at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he leverages strategic planning and workforce management expertise.
Safeer Azeez – Nominated Candidate for the position of Program Quality Director
A Mechanical Engineer by education, an Aviation Enthusiast by profession, and a Toastmaster by passion, Safeer Azeez is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in the global aviation industry. Having held key roles with leading organizations like Emirates and Qatar Airways, Safeer’s expertise spans operations, digital strategy, and transformative innovation.
He has also served as Vice President of Operations at Forloop, a Melbourne-based IT firm specializing in aviation products and consultancy, where he honed his skills in leveraging technology to solve industry challenges.
Passionate about leadership and the future of aviation, Safeer has recently embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, founding a niche IT startup focused on developing innovative software solutions tailored for the aviation industry.
He is a veteran Toastmaster with more than 22 years in the organisation – having held leadership roles from Club to District levels in three different countries. He is a double DTM – both in the traditional as well as new Pathways programs. Safeer is an established communications and leadership trainer within Toastmasters.
Nitasha Kumar – Nominated Candidate for the position of Program Quality Director
Nitasha Kumar is a designer by qualification but finds her true passion in public speaking and travel. Her journey with Toastmasters began with her father in 2002, and since then, she has taken on numerous leadership roles, spearheaded initiatives, and founded esteemed clubs such as the Smedley Speakers Society D92, Sunday Toastmasters Club D121, and All Women and Entrepreneurs Toastmasters Club D121. She also served as the Division J Director in District 121 and is currently serving as the Club Growth Director for District 121.
A dedicated mentor and leader, Nitasha recently achieved her second Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) recognition, further cementing her commitment to excellence in communication and leadership. She firmly believes in the philosophy: “It’s okay to try and fail, but it’s not okay to fail to try.”
Beyond Toastmasters, Nitasha is an entrepreneur, leading WeeTalk, a program designed to develop public speaking and leadership skills in children aged 6 to 16. When she’s not engaged in communication or teaching, she enjoys unwinding with Netflix or having late-night conversations with friends across the globe. Always eager to connect with like-minded individuals, she continues to explore new opportunities for growth and impact.
Pandiarajan R – Nominated Candidate for the position of Club Growth Director
Professional Expertise:
I am currently working as an Application Development Lead at Accenture. With 16 years of experience in the IT industry, I specialize in Data and AI. I have a strong passion for working with numbers.
Toastmaster Journey:
I have been a part of the Toastmasters family since 2018. Throughout my journey, I have held several leadership positions, including President, Vice President of Education, Vice President of Membership, Treasurer, and Sergeant at Arms in my home clubs.
I serve as a club coach , Club Mentor for multiple clubs and sponsors the several clubs
I am proud to be the first Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) from the Nagarabhavi Toastmasters Club.
Additionally, I was the Contest Chair for District 121’s first-ever annual contest, served as a Pathways Mentor, and held the position of Distinguished Area Director.
I was also the President Distinguished Division Director and a past Logistics Manager in District 121.
Currently, I am the Co-Chair for the Crescendo Conference and have been recognized as an Outstanding Toastmaster twice.
Hobbies:
In my spare time, I enjoy reading books, engaging in conversations with new people, learning new languages, and watching and analyzing football matches. I am also a regular blood donor.
Daryl Rodricks – Nominated Candidate for the position of Club Growth Director
An MBA student specializing in Business Analytics, a former Technology Analyst, and a Toastmaster by passion, Daryl Marc Rodricks is a dedicated leader with a strong background in strategic planning, mentorship, and data-driven decision-making. With experience spanning technology, analytics, and leadership development, he has been instrumental in driving club growth, engagement, and sustainability within Toastmasters.
Daryl played a pivotal role in chartering Let’s Debate Toastmasters, the first of its kind in District 121, serving as its Charter President and laying the foundation for a thriving debate-focused Toastmasters experience. His contributions to club growth and member engagement extend across multiple leadership roles, including Public Relations Manager for District 121 (2024-2025), President’s Distinguished Division Director (2022-2023), and Distinguished Area Director (2021-2022) and club officer roles at Infosys Toastmasters, Mangalore SEZ and Let’s Debate Toastmasters Club. A Distinguished Toastmaster, he is committed to empowering individuals through structured leadership, mentorship, and impactful communication.
Beyond Toastmasters, Daryl brings analytical expertise from his experience as a Technology Analyst and his MBA journey, where he has developed skills in business strategy, financial management, and leadership analytics. As Class Representative for the Business Analytics section, he fosters collaboration and innovation among peers. His leadership philosophy is simple: “Growth should be meaningful, leadership should be impactful.”
Driven by a vision of sustainable club growth and transformational leadership, Daryl continues to inspire and contribute to the development of strong, high-achieving Toastmasters clubs.
Pradeep Shetty – Nominated Candidate for the position of Division A Director
I joined toastmasters in April 2022, for my own personal growth on improving my communication skills, and took the following Ex-com roles – Treasurer, President, VP-PR and again Treasurer role for this new term. I am passionate to help many students and professionals to improve their PR leadership skills. I work for Victorias Secret and run my own academy for school students during the weekend. I am here to learn and grow, mentor many new club members, help new budding leaders to get to their next level , be a club coach and open many clubs in our district.
Ramya Bachu – Nominated Candidate for the position of Division B Director
I’m a writer, trainer, and restaurant chain entrepreneur who believes in the power of discipline—the foundation of everything I do. Constantly working to improve and evolve, I pride myself on being a jack of all trades, seamlessly blending creativity with strategy. Building teams and empowering people is my true passion, because I believe in lifting others as I rise.
A health freak at heart, I prioritize my well-being and live by the mantra: “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.” My circle of friends and family is everything, grounding me in love and connection. I’m fueled by my love for nature, music, food, and of course, dogs—simple joys that bring balance and inspiration to my life.

Sai Snehal Reddy – Nominated Candidate for the position of Division C Director
I am an M.Com graduate and currently pursuing CA and working as an auditor. An occasional reader, former football player, cyclist, biker and a toastmaster.
Have been a toastmaster since the last five years. 1st runners-up at the club level table topics in 2022 and Winner of the club level table topics contest in 2023. A pathways mentor. Have conducted speech craft in Samasta Micro finance and a club coach of BMS Legion toastmasters club. Conducted a webinar for the District 121 on – how to conduct hybrid meetings and two training sessions for the club officers. The past president of Mecon Communication club. Was the Treasurer Chair for crescendo 2024. Served in area and Division extended teams for three terms. And currently the treasurer of the club and the Area Director of Area C1.
Gajalakshmi B – Nominated Candidate for the position of Division E Director
Currently, I am working at Oracle. As a dedicated Toastmaster of IBC Titans Toastmasters Club, Corporate Club. My commitment to leadership and excellence was recognized with the President’s Distinguished Area Director Award (2022-2023). I have taken on diverse leadership roles over the years, including Area Director and serving in all seven club officer positions.
I draw inspiration from the song Believe, particularly the line: “To achieve, we must believe. What you need is all in you.” This mantra fuels my passion for personal growth, leadership, and empowering others to reach their full potential.

I am a Product Manager by profession and a Toastmaster by passion. In my professional journey, I thrive on creating innovative solutions and impactful product strategies, for products.
As a Toastmaster, I channel my enthusiasm into honing communication and leadership skills. I have always been that Go To person in the teams I have volunteered for at Division and District level. Currently serving as the Associate Division G Director, Club Growth and Treasurer for H&R Block Toastmasters.
Rajeswary Sreedevi – Nominated Candidate for the position of Division G Director
I am Rajeswary Sreedevi, a Lead Consultant at Infosys with over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. Throughout my career, I have worked with global banking and telecom clients, leading high-impact teams and driving strategic initiatives. My expertise lies in strategic planning, process optimization, and leadership development.
Since joining Toastmasters in 2022, I have taken on various leadership roles, including Secretary and VP PR at Technopark Toastmasters, President of Toastmasters of Trinfy, and Area Director for Area 02, Division G, District 121. My journey in Toastmasters has been incredibly rewarding—I have had the privilege of revitalizing clubs, enhancing member engagement, and organizing large-scale events like the Rhetoric Rumble debate contest. I was honored to receive the Triple Crown award, and I am committed to helping fellow Toastmasters grow as communicators and leaders.
Beyond my professional and Toastmasters commitments, I am passionate about community service, fitness, and public speaking. I believe in collaboration, innovation, and leading by example. As a Division Director, I aim to strengthen clubs, create opportunities for growth, and ensure that every member experiences the true impact of Toastmasters.
Renjith RV – Nominated Candidate for the position of Division H Director
Toastmaster RV Renjith is connected with the Toastmasters International from 2018 and was then introduced by his mentor. He has adorned several leadership position at the District-level, including that of an Area Director where he lead the largest area in the District 121.He has also served as Club President, Club Vice President Education, Treasurer. He has been a contestant for various Toastmasters contests, at different levels. He believes that the pathway to success comes with commitment and self-drive ,and upholds these values in life.
Outside of Toastmasters, Renjith is a Program Manager with Tata Consultancy Services who is enthusiastic about research and finding new paths in Gen AI. He loves to explore new places and have fun in life. He has covered Australia, Europe, United States,Dubai,Singapore,Malayasia as part of his journey with TCS.
Udhaya Kumar A K – Nominated Candidate for the position of Division I Director
I’m a two wheeler designer, passionate sport enthusiasts, motivator and team player, currently works as a EV Two wheeler design manager at Numeros Motors, Bangalore. In past worked with Royal enfield, Catepillar as a designer.
In toastmasters, I have played major roles at the clubs such as President, VPE, VPPR & Currently serving as VPM and Area i2 Director.
