2 decades of work experience in IT industry, worked in various roles like Project Lead, Project Manager, Program Manager
This experience has helped him to play the pivotal role of Area Director and has lead the largest area in the district.
What experience do you have in strategic planning?
Experience in Strategic planning has helped me to define the vision and plan this well to achieve
This has really helped me to play my roles in Toastmasters International which includes Area Director, President, Vice President Education, Treasurer.
What experience do you have in the area of finance?
I have experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports, and familiar with various accounting standards and regulations.
What experience do you have in developing procedures?
Developing procedures has helped me to implement the improvement in all my clubs managed.
For instance well defined procedures has helped me to make my home club membership base from 7 to 29.
The club has achieved 10 DCP points and in the journey for Hall of Fame Award.
What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?
Each leadership role has helped me to grow; starting from a club member ,Club officer roles – Treasurer, Vice President Education, President and now serving as district officer .
Each learning helped me to grow professionally and personally.
I have become better communicator and leader.
Why do you want to serve as a District leader?
District Leader is a key role which will help me to grow in Toastmasters International and as a person to be a better communicator.
This will in turn help me to contribute for the society.
In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?
As a district mission ,we empower individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders.
I have worked well with my clubs to achieve the members to become better communicators and leaders.

I got a chance to travel to 6 different countries,18 different offices and has got skill set to manage people from different nationalities.
