Relevant work experience and how it relates to Toastmasters and your role as a District leader:
My experience with Toastmasters has been invaluable in enhancing my team-building skills and refining my presentation abilities. During our District leader role, we have to plan and implement activities, which promotes the best practices in workplaces.
What experience do you have in strategic planning?
I successfully developed strategic plans for launching a new club and revitalizing a struggling one during my time as a coach.
What experience do you have in the area of finance?
I have done financial planning for Division Events, and as a conference co-chair, I have contributed to the finance planning for conferences.
What experience do you have in developing procedures?
As the Vice President of Membership, I implemented a comprehensive plan for inviting guests, onboarding them, and assisting them in completing their icebreaker speeches.
What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?
From my previous roles, I have developed strong delegation skills and have learned to overcome my hesitation in asking for help when faced with challenging situations. I have also improved my ability to handle conflict effectively
Why do you want to serve as a District leader?
I am eager to serve as a District leader to enhance our outreach initiatives, engage volunteers, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals within our community.
In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?
I will encourage existing clubs and their members to participate in more Toastmasters activities, strengthening our Toastmasters community.

I truly believe that hard work always pays off. I concentrate on living in the present and giving my best instead of worrying about the past or dreaming about the future.
