LEAP 3.0 equips participants with practical tools, real-world insights, and hands-on experiences to help them lead with confidence – both within Toastmasters and beyond.
Rooted in the values of personal growth and service leadership, this program is designed for members who are ready to take their first bold steps toward higher leadership roles.
The program culminates in a two-month Capstone Project, where participants apply their learning in a real-world leadership initiative – bringing together insights, action, and impact.
